culture mix is a proprietary formulated culture mix designed to rapidly
degrade and metabolize all organic waste material including leaves,
grass, weeds, shredded chips food waste, cull vegetable and fruit. Meat
and dairy products may be included in the food waste being processed.
proprietary accelerant (liquid spray) is used with the bokashi culture
mix to process yard waste materials (grass, leaves, weeds and wood
chips). No accelerant is required in the processing of food waste
(meats, vegetables, fruits, dairy products and cereals).
process involves an acidic anaerobic fermentation step with attention to
detail. Oxygen must be excluded to adequately degrade waste material.
It is a two step process involving first the fermentation step that
takes 7 – 10 days and then a mixing of the fermented product with soil
to allow the soil microbes to rapidly finish off the processing of waste
entire conversion of waste to soil will rarely take more than 30 days
although the process may be slowed when the temperature is below 10 C
requiring a somewhat longer period to finish off the process. Generally
speaking this process is 10 times faster than composting, far less

The fermented waste is then moved to a central processing unit to obtain AgrowTea and VermiPulp. These AgroBio products are high value end products used to much improve soil fertility and minimize dependence on chemical fertilizing activities.
