Bokashi Food Waste AgroBio Products Production Facility!

An Advanced Alternative Environmentally Friendly Method for Organic Waste Processing

Food Waste Industry: Bokashi Cycle works with industrial clients, to develop and implement long term cost effective, profitable, and efficient organic waste solutions on massive scales, empowering food producers and waste handlers to conquer organic waste.

Solutions:

Bokashi Cycle systems are the simplest, least costly, and fastest way to recycle organic waste. They involve anaerobic processing with specialized microbes and require about 2 weeks to reach the end point.

The fermented waste is then separated into high value marketable products, AgrowTeaTM and AgrowPulpTM for sale and use in agricultural applications.

Unlike the composting process and AD technologies which contribute significantly to greenhouse gas production, Bokashi Cycle's fermenting systems eliminate virtually all greenhouse gases related to organic waste cycling. Virtually all of the carbon returns to the soil where it is sequestered.

Bokashi fermenting can be done all throughout the year, is very scalable, produces neither heat nor gases, and eliminates nuisance factors like odors and vermin linked to composting sites.

Most importantly, this technology can dramatically reduce the community’s dependence on petro derived products. The fermented bio-pulp when mixed with soil establishes healthy high organic content soil free of pathogens.

Growers using the products produced will benefit in many ways and can virtually eliminate the need to use chemical fertilizers and fumigants. Industrial food waste recycling plants market and sell products to the growers.

Farm lands can thus be greatly improved and run more efficiently by cycling the bio-pulp through the soil. When waste is processed and recycled to the land, true sustainable agricultural practices are easily achieved.

This cycling process conserves water too and the nutrients produced by bokashi fermenting are avidly fixed in the soil reducing ground water nutrient leaching which has been a difficult problem to resolve in the farming communities.

Bokashi Cycle works with industrial clients, to develop and implement long term cost effective, profitable, and efficient organic waste solutions on massive scales, empowering food producers and waste handlers to conquer organic waste disposal problems profitably.

Turn Key Systems:

Bokashi Cycle provides turn key systems for waste processing. The bio pulp end products of waste processing are separated into marketable liquid and solid components that are used to improve the soil and plant performance in agriculture.

Bokashi Cycle has over the several years focused efforts on more efficiently and economically recycling green waste. We have both domestic and international patents regarding industrial scale waste processing, trade secrets and know how acquired to greatly facilitate those who seek to more profitably and efficiently handle food waste.

It is part of Bokashi Cycle’s core technology to license and assist entities interested in establishing these efficient processing plants both domestically and internationally. This is normally done by entering into a contract with a site certificate. Bokashi Cycle then provides to the new business the schematics, equipment needs and consulting to rapidly complete their facility in a timely manner.

Modular Units:

A modular unit which defines the schematic flow and outline for a facility includes the following 3 essential elements;

      1. Receiving and Sorting Station–

        1. Waste streams are directed to fermenting units after pulverizing and inoculating with bokashi culture mix.

      2. Central Processing Station –

        1. Inoculated waste is allowed to ferment which typically is complete within 2 weeks or less. Each day in the operation a volume of waste converted to bio pulp is directed to the dewatering station for final distribution into products.

      3. Dewatering and Product Distribution Station –

        1. Fermenting units are cycled back to receiving and sorting. The fermented bio pulp is directed to a dewatering and filtering cycle to produce end products free of pathogens and ready for growers and agricultural applications.

This process eliminates immediately green house gases normally associated with waste processing and conserves water with no loss in mass in the 10 day cycle of waste conversion to end products.

Clients interested in more efficiently and profitably recycling food waste should contact Bokashi Cycle by email ([email protected]) or by phone 800.714.2130.

Pilot Entry Programs:

Bokashi Cycle will show you how to start your pilot program with a food waste pulverizing machine and 48 55 gallon HDPE fermenting units. Small volume operators and farmers processing less than 20 tons per month do not have to enter into a contract unless they intend to market end products commercially.

Bokashi Cycle requires all industrial scale operators using its patented process to enter into a contract and obtain a site certificate before recycling and or marketing products obtained by acidic anaerobic fermenting.

We know of no other technology that so efficiently allows growers to improve their soil and agricultural crop performance free of chemical toxins and hazards.
