Each fermenter measures individually 12 inches in diameter and stands 15 inches in height. They can be stacked one upon the other to save space.

The hand held dispersing unit with a hand crank spreads a uniform layer of
bokashi culture mix when the crank is turned.
The amount of culture mix dispersed is adjustable using a thumb lever gauge normally set at level 2 during routine dispersion.
The dispensing unit is equipped with a hinge cover and holds up to a 1 month's supply of bokashi culture mix.
A more uniform dispersion of culture mix is obtained with the hand held unit and it fits easily into a cupboard or storage area between applications.
